.... Gosh, I don't know.... I have only just read a little bit about HAARP. It is astounding to believe such a thing can be done!!! I am interested in learning more about it. And wonder how it effects the people who live in "range" of it. (secondary effect.) and what the nearbye animal population looks like.

If you have any scientific articles or footage, could you post a blog on it? Or pop it into a message for me?

As for the evacuation and the arm bands? Definately! Fema is the new enforcer.
