Well, if you mean high blood pressure.... drink Hybiscus tea. Good for overall heart health including high blood pressure, take garlic... aged, or enteric coated. (Enzymatic Therapy is good one. Or Kyolic) Also CoQ10 (emulsified in liquid or in liquid gelcap- NOT powder) Wish I had time to go in to more detail.... but start drinking Hybiscus tea every day. several cups.
